Midnight in Paris

MR4RP (Jerry and Mary): Well, we have never been fans of Woody Allen and so went to see this with some trepidation. But we were charmed, amused, touched. This one gets – See at Reduced Rate (almost but not quite..).  It’s worth seeing at first run, which we did — even though we saw at reduced weekday rate.  Loved Owen’s Gil, totally disliked Rachel’s Inez (as we were supposed to) – and Kathy Bates WAS Gertrude Stein. Sweet, whimsical movie with “a message” that is clear from the start but true nevertheless.
