MR4RP (Bill and Pat) : This is why we created the “guilty pleasure” categories and yes, we admit it, we liked it. So much so that we give it the “Not Quite But Almost ” rating rather than hedging our bets with the “Top In Genre”. It is slam bang action with James Bond type improbable stunts but the whole was greater than the parts. We liked both Vin Diesel and “The Rock” who give the movie some heart. It isn’t an epic but if you go in knowing what to expect, it does provide great summer fun. Some cold winter night we will rent it and watch it again.
