MR4RP (Bill and Pat) : We took a cue from our fellow bloggers and saw a classic. Well, a new version of a classic anyway. Jane Eyre gets a “Top In Genre” rating from us. You have to know what you are in for — costumes, language, pace , no special effects or foul language for its own sake.   A great period piece. Sure you know the story but that doesn’t detract from the fine performances and the authentic feel of the film.
