MR4RP (Bill and Pat): We saw this one in 3D with two of our grandkids. The technology seemed to be wasted because it did not add much to the movie. Mostly you didn’t notice it. That is the adult view. The kids never took the glasses off, enjoyed their treats and focused on the movie till the end . That is high praise. We put this one in the third category, “Not Every One Is An Epic”, but realize their are two other reviewers who, if asked, would go higher. It was a great afternoon and we love seeing the kids becoming the next generation of movie lovers but this one doesn’t measure up to some of the recent animated features we really loved on their own merits, e.g. Tangled and How To Train Your Dragon. The last word —- don’t miss the closing credits.
